Payment Policy
Payment terms, installment plans, deposits/retainers, memberships & subscriptions billing schedules shall be outlined prior to services beginning.

Failure to remit full payment plus processing fees by 8pm EST on the 10th & final day of the late payment grace period after the original payment due date will result in termination of services. 

Non-refundable Payment Policy

Due to scheduling commitments, operational preparation, customized care planning, labor reservation, staffing allocations, digital access delivery, and service preparation, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

All deposits and payments in full are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different service.

Memberships & Subscription Payments

Membership and Subscription services will automatically renew the 3rd of each month unless canceled according to the written cancellation procedures.

Chargeback Prevention Policy

By purchasing services, the client acknowledges, understands and agrees to legal means of monetary recovery at their own expense:

  • Services begin immediately upon preparation

  • Time reservation creates business losses

  • Digital resources may be instantly accessible

  • Chargebacks for rendered services may constitute breach of contract and legal means to pursue and collect all owed payments including all fees associates with recovery expenses may ensue.

Effective Date: Immediately and Indefinitely

By accessing this website, purchasing services, scheduling consultations, subscribing to programs, or using any content, materials, memberships, educational resources, telehealth systems, communication systems, or wellness services provided by Baby & Beyond LLC (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old unless participating with documented parental or legal guardian consent.

No Medical Relationship Guarantee

Use of this website, educational content, coaching services, communication systems, memberships, or informational resources does not establish:

  • A physician-patient relationship

  • Licensed mental health treatment relationship

  • Emergency care relationship

  • Medical diagnosis relationship

  • Psychiatric treatment relationship

unless explicitly documented through separate written agreements and legally authorized providers.

Non-Disclosure Agreement & Confidentiality Clause

All client information, proprietary business systems, educational materials, care plans, pricing models, internal operational systems, and healthcare-related communications shall remain confidential.

Confidential information includes but not limited to:  client records, birth plans, health discussions, internal SOPs, training materials, vendor relationships, marketing systems, subscription systems, and financial information. 

Client(s) agree not to: disclose confidential information, copy proprietary documents/mottos/systems, share any information without expressed written consent, use information competitively, circumvent business and/or personal relationships, and Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely unless otherwise prohibited by law.
