Failure to remit full payment plus processing fees by 8pm EST on the 10th & final day of the late payment grace period after the original payment due date will result in termination of services.
Due to scheduling commitments, operational preparation, customized care planning, labor reservation, staffing allocations, digital access delivery, and service preparation, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
All deposits and payments in full are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different service.
Membership and Subscription services will automatically renew the 3rd of each month unless canceled according to the written cancellation procedures.
By purchasing services, the client acknowledges, understands and agrees to legal means of monetary recovery at their own expense:

Time reservation creates business losses
Digital resources may be instantly accessible
Chargebacks for rendered services may constitute breach of contract and legal means to pursue and collect all owed payments including all fees associates with recovery expenses may ensue.
